Harry Wingo is SVP at Circadence Corporation and former Deputy National Cyber Director. A graduate of Yale Law School and the U.S. Naval Academy, Harry is a Navy SEAL veteran and former counsel to the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee and senior policy counsel at Google. He formerly taught cyber policy and strategy at the National Defense University, and has testified on drone innovation and security before the U.S. Senate
