Yaniv Mallet

Yaniv Mallet is a cybersecurity specialist focused on operational technology (OT) and critical infrastructure. With over 25 years of experience in government agencies in R&D and operational cyber roles, he combines deep software engineering expertise with a practitioner’s understanding of real-world, safety-critical systems. At Cylus, Yaniv designs and develops cybersecurity capabilities for railway networks, including asset visibility, continuous monitoring, and detection of OT and rail-specific threats. He regularly speaks and delivers technical training on rail cybersecurity, with a focus on realistic threat models and operational constraints.
