Christine Billingsley (née Piry) is widely known as a connector of diverse communities and opportunity maker. She has decades of leadership and operational experience focused on technology, business, government, events, marketing, nonprofits, and education. Entrepreneurial in nature, she has established numerous efforts including HammerCon, the DEF CON Arcade Party, Lockdown Lunch and Learn (3L), and Cyber Snackz™. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Military Cyber Professionals Association (MCPA), a national 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit charity that directly supports the American military cyber community through events, publications, and recognition programs.
